Cancellation Policy
1. Project Cancellation by the Client
Clients may request to cancel a project at any time, but such requests must be submitted in writing via email or written communication. Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation fees may apply. These fees are determined based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation. Our cancellation fees are as follows: Pre-Production Phase: No cancellation fee. Design Phase: A fee of 20% of the project cost. Production Phase: A fee of 50% of the project cost. Any third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client will be billed separately.

Cancellation Policy

1. Project Cancellation by the Client

Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation fees may apply. These fees are determined based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation. Our cancellation fees are as follows:

Pre-Production Phase: No cancellation fee.
Design Phase: A fee of 20% of the project cost.
Production Phase: A fee of 50% of the project cost.

Any third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client will be billed separately.

2. Project Cancellation by Baloorah Agency
We reserve the right to cancel a project if, for any reason, we are unable to complete it. In such cases, any payments made by the client will be fully refunded.

Refund Policy
1. Refunds for Project Cancellation
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of project cancellation. If applicable, cancellation fees as outlined above will be deducted from the refund amount. Once work has been initiated, refunds will not be granted for the initial deposit or any payment made for work completed up to the point of cancellation.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to ensuring our clients are satisfied with our work. If, after the initial design presentation, the client is not satisfied and chooses not to proceed further, a partial refund may be granted, subject to the discretion of Baloorah Agency. The refund amount in such cases will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work completed and expenses incurred up to that point.

3. No Refund Policy for Final Deliverables
Once the final project deliverables have been approved by the client and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an error in billing or have concerns about our services, please Contactt us immediately to resolve the issue. Payment disputes should be brought to our attention within 15 days of the invoice date.
